Fee: $150/hour, plus travel costs
Student, Intern, & Resident Fee: $100/hour

Large Group Webinar or Workshop (More than 20 individuals)

You can choose or create a Resilient & Sustainable Caring workshop based on your group’s needs. The group’s context will shape content and strategies for personalized learning.

Fee: $250/hour, plus travel costs

Workshop Descriptions

All workshops are grounded in Resilient and Sustainable Caring elements and include interactive, practical strategies. Workshops typically run 1-2 hours based on your organization’s needs.

Let Go of the Livewire: Decrease Anxiety for a Healthier Self and Team

Anxiety has set up residence in our world and just keeps expanding. We will consider the dynamics of personal and group anxiety, as well as how to decrease the toll of stress. This session looks at ways to ground ourselves and others in calm. Through activities, learning, and discussion participants will gain strategies to decrease anxiety, be a positive force, counter potential burnout, and expand team effectiveness.

Bring Out the Smile: Promote Your Best, Balanced Self to Strengthen the Team

Our best, balanced self includes taking care of ourselves and experiencing the joys of our own journey. It also involves knowing what our best, balanced self means. We will look at ways to bring out the best part of ourselves and help team members do so as well. This includes defining core principles and looking at how to apply them to daily living. Through activities, learning, and discussion participants will gain strategies to remain grounded in what’s important, reflect who they feel called to be, reduce anxiety, promote self-care, and increase team resilience.

Expand Your Hug: Foster Self-Compassion and Build Team Support

Self-compassion makes helping others during difficult times more sustainable. We will look at the power of self-compassion and strategies to foster it in daily life. This will extend to activities for promoting compassionate teams and families to increase group resilience. Through activities, learning, and discussion participants will gain strategies to counter compassion fatigue, promote self-kindness, and integrate compassion into team functioning to increase sustainability.

Define & Strengthen Self for Resilience & Professional Vitality

We decrease anxiety and promote purpose filled living when we strengthen our sense of self. Doing so increases our ability to be in healthy, caring relationships because we can experience our own life journey while supporting others on their own. Through activities, learning, and discussion participants will gain strategies to increase personal purpose, decrease anxiety, support team members without taking on their problems, and increase resilience.

Coaching

Individual Coaching to Promote Resilience and Sustainable Caring (Virtual)

Three 1 ½ hour sessions
Content is based on elements of Sustainable & Resilient Caring and guided by your needs. Each session includes discussion of concepts and how to apply them to daily life. Direction is provided to develop a personal sustainability plan. Sessions are typically spaced a month apart, but can vary.

Standard Fee: $300 ($100/session)
Student, Intern, & Resident Fee: $225

Small Group Coaching to Promote Resilience and Sustainable Caring (limited to 3-4 individuals; Virtual)

Three 1 ½ hour sessions
Content is based on elements of Resilient & Sustainable Caring and guided by your group’s needs. Each session includes discussion of concepts and strategies to apply in daily life. Direction is provided to develop a personal sustainability plan. Sessions are typically spaced a month apart, but can vary.

Standard Fee: $200/person
Student & Resident Fee: $150/person


Organizational Coaching to Promote a Resilient & Sustainable Culture

Integrate Resilience & Sustainable Caring for Professional Vitality

  • Ongoing leadership coaching & support to integrate components in personal and group functioning

  • Materials, strategies, and communications for leadership to use

  • Leadership workshops

  • Organization wide workshops

  • 1 year commitment (because culture change takes time)

Basic Package

  • Monthly: small group leadership meeting, individual leader coaching sessions (up to 3/month)

  • Materials, strategies, and communications for leadership to use

  • Quarterly workshops (larger group; 1 ½ – 2 hours) based on leadership’s needs & hopes

  • Semi-annual organizational workshops or online learning with content determined by leadership

  • Annual Cost: $6,950 + travel expenses

  • Other services may be requested for additional fees.


Resilient & Sustainable Caring Elements

1) Strengthen your best, balanced self.

  • Be purpose driven.

  • Function in ways aligned with important values, virtues, and principles.

  • Honor healthy boundaries.

  • Foster self-compassion.

  • Promote purpose driven and compassionate teams functioning with healthy boundaries.

2) Decrease anxiety & increase emotional regulation.

  • Develop ability to be a non-anxious presence especially when faced with conflict, loss, suffering, and other difficult situations.

  • Increase mindfulness & inner calm.

  • Choose attitude & perspective. (e.g. joy, gratitude)

  • Defuse emotional triggers.

  • Recognize & disrupt unhelpful behavior patterns.

  • Help others decrease anxiety, deal with conflict and recover from loss without taking on their journeys.

3) Expand support.

  • Increase available resources and use them.

  • Develop and use support system.

  • Overcome silencers.

  • Define success to include use of resources.

  • Expand connections & perspective. Have mentors, deepen spiritual connection, & foster relationships in different settings.

  • Be positive influencer for groups (family, teams, and organizations).
